How does Mazuma’s online monthly service work?

Online services have never been more important than now. Our monthly online accountancy package is efficient, cost-effective, and allows you to invest your time into other areas of your business (and who wouldn’t want that?). There’s simply no reason to visit a traditional accountant face-to-face anymore. 

If this all sounds great but you’re still a bit confused about how our service actually works then continue reading. We make it crystal clear by splitting it up into four easy steps. 

Step 1 - Sign up

From only £28+VAT per month we’ll take care of all of your tax, bookkeeping and accounts for you. But first, you need to sign up.

Simply stay on our site to get a quote - it only takes two minutes! You’ll get an instant final price - not an estimate - by just filling in your business details. You can then sign up from here.

Step 1, complete. 

Step 2 - Sign your e-contract and book a call with your accountant 

You’ll then need to sign your e-contract and book a call slot with your new accountant. This will be a 30 minute meeting over the phone. During this call we will discuss everything from tax efficiency for small businesses to any concerns you may have about accounts and tax. 

Your accountant takes time to understand and learn everything they need to know about your business in order to advise on the best approach to take personally.

Now you’re ready to go ahead! 

Step 3 - Send us your paperwork 

As part of the Mazuma gang, all you need to do each month is send us all of your paperwork monthly via our Freepost envelopes or Mazuma app.

The app is super-easy and makes everything completely digital. All you need to do is download it and then upload your paperwork onto it. Check out our explainer video for the app which features on the Mazuma homepage

Step 4 - We do all of your bookkeeping, VAT, payroll and accounts every month

Once we’ve received your paperwork via our app or post we’ll take care of all the bookkeeping, VAT, payroll and accounts every month (in five working days). 

Your assigned accountant will give you a monthly report and tailored advice for you and your business.

We know how stressful it can be dealing with HMRC and Companies House, so we’ll file everything for you. You can just sit back with a cuppa and be confident that it’s all been taken care of.

Although our service is online, we want to reassure you that your accountant will always be at the end of the phone should you need them. It’s just part of the service we offer you guys.
