Overall responsibility

Preparation of year end accounts, tax returns and company tax returns. Ensure all deadlines are achieved and individual team members are developed to their full potential.

Key areas of responsibility

  • Highest standard of Customer care
  • Completion of management accounts for clients with tailored advice
  • Ensure all deadlines (VAT, Statutory accounts, Corporation Tax, Self-Assessment, Payroll) are fully adhered to
  • Dealing with queries over the telephone and via email with clients directly
  • Ensure all time deadlines are strictly adhered to
  • Preparing company accounts across a broad range of sectors for companies, sole traders and partnerships

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum AAT Intermediate qualified or studying towards ACCA or ICAEW
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • The ability to prioritise workloads
  • The ability to take initiative and work without supervision
  • A professional and hard-working attitude
  • Experience in a practice environment dealing with small businesses
  • Respectful, trustworthy, polite, honest, and strong work ethic

Omnichannel Sales Agent (Inbound/Outbound)

£27,000 OTE (uncapped)

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a sales background to progress their career within a growing company that rewards their employees with great incentives, support, and training. This is a ‘ground up’ sales function so will offer fantastic career progression opportunities for the successful candidate. The business continues to succeed and is about to enter a phase of rapid growth, so we are looking for an energetic and confident omnichannel salesperson to open doors and establish and convert leads.

Role: 

You will be a highly enthusiastic and capable sales professional looking to join a rapidly expanding company based in Bridgend, operating throughout the UK, looking to drive growth, and become an integral member of the team. You’ll be the person who makes and receives B2B calls, emails, and webchats to potential customers, establishing their needs and matching it with our exceptional services. 

Candidate Summary: 

This is a perfect omnichannel sales role for an individual who has a strong cold and warm calling background. Additionally, they will have excellent capability to connect and build rapport with our customer base. The successful candidate will be ambitious, tenacious and have a drive to be part of something that will be very rewarding. Not only will you be working within a dynamic company and vibrant team, but as the first members of the sales function, there will be an excellent opportunity for you to progress quickly into management positions, being fully supported on this journey. 

 

Main Tasks: 

  • Make and receive telephone calls/Emails from agreed data lists. 
  • Source own leads using tools such as ‘Sales Navigator’. 
  • To meet the agreed level of contact with new accounts as deemed necessary to increase levels of business activity, volume, and revenues. 
  • Identify sales opportunities/targets to assist in the growth and strategic direction of the company. 
  • Ensure that monthly objectives, as agreed with your Line Manager, are met. 
  • Provide feedback to Line Manager on your progress.

About the Role

With ambitious growth plans and new products on the horizon, we are looking for an exceptionally talented Digital Marketing Manager to create lead generation and funnels from our online presence. You’ll have a proven track record of driving sales for a business, be a motivated and dynamic self-starter and have a true passion for all things digital.

This is a role for a real all-rounder. You’ll not only be able to come up with ideas and identify areas for improvement but you will have the proven capability to implement and manage them.

You’ll be someone who is obsessed with data – using all available data to report on and to drive positive changes.

As happy writing content as you are doing keyword research, this role is for someone who loves to get stuck in.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the wider commercial team to understand how the role of digital marketing fits into the wider business objectives and create a strategy that helps meet those goals;
  • Complete responsibility for the content and performance of the website;
  • Undertake review, revision, and monitoring of the performance of the website;
  • Create and deliver a content strategy that provides exceptional organic results;
  • Work closely with agencies to support the overall digital marketing strategy;
  • Create and execute a social media strategy;
  • Prepare and present monthly reports to the board

Requirements & Experience:

  • Proven experience delivering exceptional digital marketing campaigns;
  • Using WordPress to create and publish content;
  • Using SEMRush for delivering and reporting strategy;
  • Using Google Analytics and Search Console
  • Passion for data and delivering results based on real-world scenarios;
  • Experience writing engaging and keyword-rich content;
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented;
  • A knack for asking the right questions to correctly interpret business needs and capture details that nobody else has thought of;
  • Passion for excellent customer service and end-user experience;
  • Basic knowledge of small business accounting, accounting software packages (or a willingness to learn) is advantageous.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and talented creator of highly effective Partnerships to grow our client numbers in the identified areas of growth for Mazuma. These partnerships should deliver a large number of new clients and will form a core part of our sales strategy of the coming years.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the strategic deal-making effort to improve Mazuma’s partnerships offering to increase user acquisition and revenue
  • Identify, pitch and close partnership deals that bring in large volumes of clients to Mazuma
  • Lead the relationship management effort with our potential and current partners

Skills and Experience

  • A proven track record for driving financial partnerships and exceeding targets in more than one territory
  • Experience working with high volume partnerships
  • Excellent knowledge of relevant regulation and regulatory bodies
  • Demonstrated ability to 1) Construct 2) Analyse 3) Deliver new business lines / products
  • Demonstrated deal-making capability (partnerships/alliances)
  • You have flawless English language ability with outstanding communication & presentation skills
