Rachel joined Mazuma in 2023 and is passionate about client experience, lean processes, and creating high-performing teams.
After years in various industries including Oil, Logistics, and Charity, Rachel has gained a wealth of experience in customer journeys, and how to delight by tailoring a process and elevating good practices within organisations.
Being qualified in Lean Six Sigma gives Rachel the ability to analyse and amend a process to get the best possible outcome for both the internal and external customer. Experience is everything, creating the best process gives us the best opportunity to achieve that 5 Star experience.
People development and health are important to all organisations and Rachel pioneers this by creating truly engaged workforces. Rachel is a Mental Health First Aider and prides herself on getting the best possible output from others.

In her spare time, Rachel enjoys family time and self-development. She takes a keen interest in good health and enjoys the gym. You’ll often find her taking out any stress on a punching bag, as she also loves Martial Arts training in the evenings!
