Hayley Jenkins
HR Administrator
Hayley is passionate about improving equality and diversity in the workplace. As part of her Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, she undertook research into the experiences of neurodiverse employees.
During her most recent HR role at the National Autistic Society, Hayley was involved in a variety of initiatives. These included designing and delivering training content that was rolled out across the UK, and projects that aimed to improve the efficiency of recruitment processes.
Hayley is looking forward to the new challenges involved in working with the private sector.
Outside of work, Hayley enjoys playing the piano and organ, sewing, and dancing
