If you have paperwork or information that needs processing before Tuesday 3rd January 2017 then it must arrive with us by Friday 16th December at the latest or we cannot guarantee that it will be processed before the Christmas break. Please remember that we require 5 working days per month’s worth of paperwork.
Mazuma App users
Please note that if you seal your envelope during the times we are closed, you will not be able to add anything else to your envelope as we are not in the office to re-open your envelope! We suggest that you do not seal your electronic envelope while we are closed for Christmas!
If you would like your payroll processed before the Christmas break then please make sure that all information is forwarded to us by Monday 19th December at the latest. This includes any changes that may be needed to your normal payroll such as Christmas bonuses for your staff!
This will ensure that we have time to process the payslips, email them to you for checking and submit the RTI reports to HMRC.
If we receive information after this date, we cannot guarantee it will be processed before we close.
