Mazuma GB Ltd is looking for a full-time (37.5 hours per week) Receptionist and Payroll Clerk to take care of their Mazuma customers. The job will involve working for a number of different customers preparing weekly and monthly payrolls and reception and administration duties.
Requirements
The ability to prioritise workloads
A professional and hard working attitude
Experience of dealing with small businesses and an excellent telephone manner
Excellent payroll preparation experience
Ideally, but not necessary, experience working in a practice environment
IT Skills
Benefits
£13,000 - £15,000 salary per annum (37.5 hours per week)
Incentives and bonus
23 days holiday a year plus bank holidays
